A hiring manager resume should tell the right things in order to attract the right kind of attention. The company you are interviewing with will undoubtedly want to know more about you and your past employment and past experiences, but there are certain things that you may not be fully aware of.
There are some areas that are completely irrelevant to what the company is looking for in a resume. Having an affair, being unemployed, or getting kicked out of school are just some of the things that could be considered irrelevant to the job description. You should take the time to attach career references to the resume, as this can really seal the deal. Make sure you put them in an appropriate location for the hiring manager, or even a separate section, which they will find easy to read. Take the time to research their experiences and you should be just fine.
Make sure you include a section where you list all of the candidate’s goals. This can come in very handy during an interview. They will look at your entire resume and see where you are going, and this can cause them to trust you.
