• In excess of 9 years of experience in challenging Activities Director roles of a varied and diverse nature managing, planning and executing an assortment of projects and programs at a variety of locations.
• Experience in all kinds of event planning with an exacting attention to detail. I exercise a personal and supportive approach to encourage enhanced performance at both the individual and team levels.
• Experience in tailoring events to meet company or organizational needs, determining and maintaining event themes and goals, liaising with external location personnel and management, and ensuring that everything is done on time and under budget, as well as producing appropriate reports on the final outcome of the activity or event.
• An adaptable and flexible nature attained through working in situations of a demanding, mission-critical nature where the overall success of the team, as well as each individual, is the desired outcome.
