• I am familiar with the responsibility of checking in passengers at an airport check in desk and helping them understand the ticket process, as well as the ticket reservation process.

• I understand the psychological value of meeting and greeting passengers in a friendly and helpful manner to reflect the airline in a good light, as well as making the passengers comfortable and relaxed.

• I have experience in re-booking passengers, re-issuing tickets and boarding passes, and ensuring that the re-booked itineraries are suitable for the passengers’ purpose.

• I have experience in escorting passengers to an aircraft on the ground prior to take off, and I am aware of all safety measure that needs to be observed.

• I understand the value of accurately conveying flight arrival and departure information to passengers, as well as coping with any passenger special needs that may arise.
