Subject: Application for position of Arborist

Dear Mr. Mccampbell,

I wish to apply for the position of Arborist as advertised. I have the necessary skills and qualifications for this post, as well as the necessary experience. I therefore believe that what I have to offer to Sava Tree/Sava Lawn will be of great benefit to the company.

I have a B.S degree in Agricultural from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. I also have 6 years experience in working as a certified arborist with ArborMetrics Solutions, Inc. – Western, PA. I have also worked in this field with a number of other companies.

I have been a lover of plants and flowers all my life and now I have the qualifications and the experience to work with plants of many varieties. I understand the needs of plants in dry and wet conditions, as well as cold and hot conditions. I have great sensitivity to the needs of plants, and under my care they always seem to thrive and prosper.

I also have considerable experience in identifying and eliminating pests of various kinds that can affect the health of plants and trees. I am also well versed in the types of diseases that an Arborist can face, and I know the appropriate steps to take to minimize damage and eventually eradicate the disease.

I feel sure that my proven ability to manage and maintain the highest standards as an Arborist will be of the greatest benefit to Sava Tree/Sava Lawn and I have confidence that I can make a significant contribution to the company.
