Dear Mr. Evans,
I was thrilled to see your Child Care opportunity listing recently, as I have heard many wonderful things about what you are doing for daycare and school children for all ages. I offer this cover letter and resume to introduce myself to your position, and to begin a dialogue about my candidacy for it.
As a Child Care Worker for the past seven years at Bright Horizons Child Care, I have been responsible for both the infant age children, as well as the 1-2 year olds; and have gained a considerable amount of experience in helping each age level develop and acclimate to a social and structured environment. As a part of my daily tasks, I managed all toileting, diapering, feeding, and bottle feeding of all infants and other children during respective days; and monitored during outdoor and indoor play and activities. I am great at coming up with new safe activities for these children, and love playing with these infants and toddlers; and watching them grows. I also bring an Education degree from Claremont McKenna College specifically in Daycare aged children, and an enthusiasm for every day.
