I am submitting this letter in interest of the position of Academic Librarian as advertised. I believe I can offer the management and organizational skills necessary to benefit and further the aims and interests of the academic library at University of New Hampshire.

• In excess of 6 years of experience in managing, organizing, evaluating and disseminating academic information, as well as managing and developing collections of informational materials.
• Team and individual development skills, which include the recruitment and training of academic library personnel, as well as the evaluation of performance. I exercise a personal and supportive approach to encourage enhanced performance levels at both the individual and team levels.
• Experience of creating databases of informational resources, as well as updating and managing them. This is for both printed and electronic works.
• An adaptable and flexible nature attained through working in situations of a demanding nature.
